Beethro on normal ground versus Beethro on a layer of oremites

Oremites are small creatures that feed voraciously on metal. They are not dangerous by themselves, but armed units must keep their weapons sheathed when walking around in an area covered in them. Oremites were added in The City Beneath.
Any creature wielding any weapon except for the staff will put away its weapon the moment it steps on a tile containing oremites. This action occurs before the creature can make an attack, so, for example, the player could not step forward onto oremites to smite a monster before sheathing his sword because he is on oremites. However, since unarmed creatures automatically face in the direction they move, an armed creature will unsheathe its sword in the direction it moved, allowing it to turn to attack targets very quickly.
- Constructs will treat oremites as obstacles and move around them accordingly. If a construct is pushed into oremites by any means, it is immediately reduced to rubble. If a construct's rubble remains on oremites or is pushed into them, the construct is destroyed completely and cannot revive.
